DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIESThe Asst. Manager of Marketing and Admissions is a part of the Admission, Marketing and Administration Team and is responsible for the following:Admissions Handle the end to end admission process under the guidance of the Admission Manager
Design, implement and coordinate the process of lead generation to conversion for various grade levels.
Ensure effective management of enquiries, campus visits and the overall admissions process for improved conversion ratio
Create SOPs, Policies and other process relating to admissions content and documents
Suggest admission policies and procedures in line with government norms and competitive scenarios.
Counselling the students and parents
Conduct one-to-one admission sessions
Generation of leads and conversions through Tele calling, targeted marketing and parent follow ups
Resolution of Enquiries through phone, email, social media handles, and walk-in appointments
Management of the lead database, reports and ERP systems.
Track and analyse admission trends and challenges such sources of leads, location, target audience, conversion rates, leavers, reason for not joining
Manage the database and documentation of students.
Prepare and maintain daily, monthly reports and as when requested by management.
Marketing Handle all Marketing, Communications and Events
Implementation of marketing plan and strategies to attract admissions and increase brand awareness.
Coordinating and assisting in the preparation of the marketing budget
Ensure effective and optimal utilization of the marketing budget allocated
Engage with parents, prospective parents, partners, corporates, pre-schools and other stakeholders to create and maintain positive and professional relationships
Prepare and maintain daily, monthly reports as required.
Plan and Co-ordinate events and activities for all marketing and admission events such as open houses, education fairs, annual day, sports day and PTM etc, and prepare post event reports/feedback as directed.
Coordinate and Collaborate with the Design, PR and Marketing team/agency to ensure timely implementation of the marketing strategy
Engaging communication in all channels in adherence to brand guidelines
Support branding activities and maintain the standards.
Maintain relationship building and associations with feeder schools, neighborhoods, residential colonies, apartments, etc.
Plan and implement outdoor marketing, ATLs and BTLs.
Collaborate and work efficiently with various agencies for above marketing related activities.
To conduct regular surveys and feedback, market research and present the market study and analysis.
Coordinate & organize informational sessions /events to enhance their understanding of our School
Handle administrative work as delegated
Content Creation and Communication Marketing and Admissions
Create content for admissions and marketing
Develop communications for internal and external usage
Draft meeting minutes for meetings and communications as and when required
Draft communications to stakeholders such as invites, events, marketing content etc.
Set up and effectively communicate with School Community via Emails, SMS, Social Media Handles, Etc.
Maintain the social media handles of the School with regular, engaging updates
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
Sound knowledge of admissions and marketing
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Office software suite and CRM
Flexibility with time to work extra hours when the project requires
Experienced candidates will be preferred
Ability to work in a team with high people orientation is a must
Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEO, Social Media, etc.
Good analytical and interpersonal skills
Good command of spoken and written English & Kannada language
Essential awareness of outdoor marketing, social media and digital marketing
Ability to work in teams, manage teams and manage crisis
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Flexibility to work in other roles as required for the development and expansion of the School or as suggested by the Principal.
Flexibility to travel to other places as and when required by the School.
