About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

-Assist in marketing and promotional activities, including content creation, social media management, and campaign coordination.

-Support daily administrative tasks.

-Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trends and opportunities.

-Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies.

-Assist in organizing and coordinating events, workshops, and other promotional activities.

-Contribute ideas for creative marketing campaigns and initiatives.

-Assist in maintaining and updating databases, client records, and project files.

-Perform other duties as assigned to support the marketing and administration team.

Qualifications and Skills:
Must be fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Currently pursuing a college degree or recently graduated (preferably below the age of 25).

Basic understanding of marketing.

Proficiency in using computer applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Familiarity with Canva and social media platforms.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Prior experience in Drama/Performing Arts is a plus.

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (5% of sale).
