You will lead the local execution of the marketing campaigns across all owned, earned, and paid channels, together with Digital Activation Hubs teams that support the Market based on SLAs. The objective is to develop a clear strategy for the activation and to plan, implement and optimize all media campaign activities together with the agency partners. The role is responsible for enabling cutting edge, agile and technology-enabled audience-based, personalized activation & omnichannel marketing
You are responsible for

Leadership:
  • Leads a team in the Markets which includes media management, campaign performance management, Influencer marketing & Own property management.
  • Ensures that right competencies are in place, coaching teams.
  • Ensures adherence to the standard ways of working in the Markets and with the Digital Activation & In-house media Hubs.
Activation:
  • Drive marketing campaign activities across all digital channels and all categories in PH in the market, working together with Hubs.
  • Lead execution & constant optimization of digital marketing activation strategy to build our brand, drive sales, boost our market position.
  • Drive detailed campaign plan, brief development in alignment with activation budgets with local marketing and media experts.
  • Optimize and execute the digital activation plans by means of, standardized campaign brief and planning, leveraging global touchpoints supported by local insights, data validated learnings, foundation & campaign activation checklists, drive optimization iterations & execution, organize daily management and standardize campaign learning output.
  • Work together with Digital Activation Hubs teams Campaign activation and performance management across owned, earned and paid digital media channels according to 24-month marketing planning roadmap on the basis of SLAs, including digital in-house media buying.
Key Performance Indicators
  • Digital Engagement KPI’s: Consumer NPS (holistic), Monthly active Users, engagement
  • Consumer Lifetime Value, Digital Marketing Return on Investment

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • 8 - 10 years of experience marketing with focus on brand management, marketing activation, online marketing, or media management
  • Profound knowledge in media or social media and performance marketing.
  • Relevant experience in online retail or international consumer goods marketing with focus on digital marketing and consumer engagement
  • Solid know-how in activation management, content management, community management, CRM and web technology.
  • Strong leadership skills, communication skills, act as change agent in complex org.
  • You are creative solutions finder with the ability to deliver new thinking and techniques.
