Role Overview:

We're looking for a creative and driven

Marketing Associate

to help build and promote our brand through digital and on-ground marketing activities. The ideal candidate is passionate about wellness, food innovation, and brand storytelling.

You'll work closely with the marketing and design teams to execute campaigns, manage social media, and analyze market trends to grow brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and executing

digital marketing campaigns

across social media, email, and ads. Manage daily posting, engagement, and analytics on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook. Support

content creation

-- product photoshoots, packaging stories, blogs, and short videos. Help plan and coordinate

events, promotions, and product launches

. Conduct

market research

and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities. Work with sales and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Track and report on campaign performance and engagement metrics.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of

social media trends and digital marketing tools

. Good communication and storytelling ability. Basic design or content knowledge (Canva, Reels editing, etc.) preferred. Analytical mindset and attention to detail. Team-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.

Education & Experience (Revised):

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus). 0-2 years of experience in marketing or relevant internship experience preferred. Interest in

health, nutrition, or sustainable food brands

is a plus.
