Influencer Onboarding & Engagement
+ Identify, verify, and enroll new influencers; maintain regular touchpoints to drive loyalty and tertiary sales.
+ Execute onboarding plans and manage influencer segmentation.

Tertiary Sales Growth
+ Promote premium and new products through influencers and retailers to increase tertiary billing.
+ Drive product visibility and influence purchase decisions.

Retailer Collaboration
+ Engage with key retailers to identify influencers, distribute marketing materials, and support loyalty program adoption.
+ Coordinate retailer-level initiatives and promotional activities.

Site Visit Execution
+ Lead contractor site visits to demonstrate product value and drive conversion.
+ Plan and conduct field visits independently.

Influencer Management
+ Organize electrician and contractor meets to showcase product portfolio, address feedback, and distribute promotional materials.
+ Schedule and manage meet logistics and content delivery.

Market Acumen
+ Provide timely feedback on loyalty programs, product performance, and market trends to MSM.
+ Collect and report insights from field interactions.

Process Compliance
+ Adhere to KPI monitoring and complete training as per calendar.
+ Ensure compliance with internal processes and reporting standards.
