Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Statistics, or related fields.
Strong verbal and written communication skills (for conducting interviews and drafting reports).
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, or data visualization tools.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to handle deadlines and work on multiple projects simultaneously.
Prior experience in research, recruitment, or data collection (preferred, not mandatory for fresher roles).
