About Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Research Analyst with proven experience in the USA market/domain to support our sales and marketing teams with high-quality research, data analysis, and actionable insights. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in market sizing, competitor analysis, data mining, lead generation, and USA-specific industry trends. This role is critical in driving informed decision-making and supporting our business growth strategies in the US region.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze data on US consumers, competitors, and marketplace trends; transform data into actionable insights, reports, and presentations.
Conduct secondary research for the USA market, including market sizing, estimation, and forecasting.
Take full ownership of research deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate reports tailored for the US sales and business development teams.
Provide in-depth competitive analysis of US companies, including pricing models, go-to-market strategies, operational methodologies, and positioning.
Build and maintain a comprehensive database of US-based target companies and decision-makers across industry verticals.
Perform regular data cleansing to ensure data quality, accuracy, and relevance.
Design and implement lead generation strategies tailored to the US market using modern research tools.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to design and execute US-specific outreach campaigns.
Utilize US-focused data sources and tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, ZoomInfo, Statista, IBISWorld, etc.) for effective data sourcing.
Automate workflows for data enrichment using Google Sheets, Excel macros, or scripts.
Track and report on email marketing and lead performance analytics for the US region.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in market research, lead generation, or business intelligence with a focus on the USA domain.
Proficient in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel (Advanced), MS Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong experience with USA-focused tools like ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, Apollo.io, and other lead-gen platforms.
Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with email marketing, US CRM systems, and campaign tracking tools is a plus.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, US client-facing environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
Nice-to-Have:
Experience in B2B research or working with SaaS / Tech clients in the USA market.
Prior exposure to data automation, AI tools, or custom API integrations for lead/data sourcing.
Shift Requirement:
Candidates must be comfortable working in the Evening 3:00 PM - Night 2:00 AM IST shift to align with USA business hours.
