About the internship

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Identify and define the objective of the assigned marketing research project and determine the best methods to meet those objectives
2. Research and compile data on the current product market, customer demographics and interests, and factors influencing product demand
3. Compile data related to competitors\' products including pricing, sales, and marketing or distribution methodology
4. Summarize and analyze data, and make recommendations based on research findings
5. Identify potential new products or markets through research
6. Forecast and track industry marketing and sales trends based on collected data
7. Deliver reports and presentations of findings
8. Perform other related duties as assigned
9. Analyze results to identify ways of maximizing sales and market penetration of existing products

Requirements:

1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
3. Superior research and analytical skills
4. Ability to translate complex concepts and methodologies into easily understood language
5. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
