Job Description

We are looking for a smart, curious, and creative professional who sits at the intersection of market research, analytics and GTM execution. This person will deep-dive into industries, uncover business use cases, analyse data to generate insights, and work closely with sales and marketing to launch targeted growth campaigns.

This is an ideal role for someone who loves understanding markets, telling data-driven stories, and bringing ideas to life using modern digital tools.

Responsibilities

:

1. Market & Industry Research

Research global and regional markets to identify gaps, opportunities and trends. Build detailed industry profiling, competitive landscapes, and buyer personas. Develop use-case libraries aligned to product capabilities and industry needs.
2. Data Analytics & Insights

Work with product usage data, CRM, campaign data, feedback and operational data. Derive insights and recommend opportunities to improve engagement and conversions. Analyse campaign performance and create insight-led optimizations.
3. Campaign Support

Support product and marketing campaigns across platforms (email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, community platforms, webinars, etc.). Build visually compelling presentations, collateral, one-pagers, landing pages, and case studies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape content for targeted outreach.
4. Creative & Tool-Based Execution

Create impactful visual designs using Figma / Canva / Notion / Miro / video tools. Support the build-out of pitch decks, infographics, product walkthroughs & social media creatives. Maintain a structured repository of research, assets and collateral.

Requirements (Qualifications & Skills)



1-2 years of experience in SaaS / tech start-ups (preferred: product-led or B2B). Strong command of MS Excel / Google Sheets for modelling and analysis. Advanced PowerPoint / Google Slides skills with storytelling ability. Hands-on working knowledge of Figma, Canva and modern digital tools. Strong business writing + ability to convert research into insightful narratives. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Team player attitude with a willingness to grow. Preferred experience with HubSpot, Apollo, Notion, Power BI / Tableau or similar. Understanding of B2B sales funnels, buyer journeys and campaign metrics. Prior exposure to behavioural science, workforce tech, HR tech or safety tech domain would be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
