Roles & Responsibilities -

Work related to Property search & evaluation as per set guidelines including designing of centre layouts. Compile, analyse and convert raw data into useful insights. Raw Data such as target customer demographics, market trends related to property rentals, paying capacity of the area etc. Preparing reports & presentations Coordination with Franchise centres Should be curious and inquisitive to explore new areas

Skills Required -

Should be a team player with Excellent communication & Interpersonal skills Experience in handling activities related to Franchise operations would be preferred Should be flexible and willing to travel as per need (intra & intercity) Well versed with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
