We are seeking a proactive Market Research and Business Development Executive to support our digital marketing agency's growth. This role combines researching market trends, analyzing competitors, and identifying potential clients with actively generating leads and supporting business development efforts. It's an ideal position for someone interested in both strategic insight and sales activities within digital marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Gather and analyze data to support business development strategies and decision-making
Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, and social media
Qualify leads and schedule meetings for the sales team
Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for potential clients
Maintain and update client databases and CRM records
Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams to ensure alignment on client needs
Track and report on lead generation and business development metrics
