Up to ₹4.5 LPA

Working Days:

Monday to Friday (Saturday & Sunday fixed off)

. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to conduct high-quality research across multiple industries and geographies.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct primary and secondary research across various demographics and industry verticals. Perform market sizing, market analysis, and forecasting in line with project requirements. Understand project scope, target audience, and manage respondent quotas effectively. Source accurate contact data and schedule interviews or appointments. Conduct market research interviews through telephone (CATI) and desk research. Maintain and update project documentation as directed by Project Leads. Ensure timely delivery of accurate, high-quality insights to meet client expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience:

6 to 12 months in CATI-based market research and primary data collection.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Interpersonal Skills:

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities.

Attention to Detail:

Ability to maintain accuracy under tight deadlines.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in

Microsoft Office Suite

(Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Familiarity with data sourcing platforms such as

ZoomInfo, D&B Hoovers, Apollo

, or similar.
