The successful candidate will support the execution of end-to-end Market Research projects, including survey design, administration, data cleaning, analysis, and reporting of both quantitative and qualitative data. These projects will span a variety of research types, such as customer satisfaction and loyalty (NPS), market segmentation, brand awareness and reach, and product research. The role also involves gathering and analyzing secondary research on automotive retail market conditions and industry best practices. The Market Research Analyst must excel at storytelling, as this position requires translating data into actionable insights for internal stakeholders across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Experience. Additionally, the analyst will play a key role in leveraging primary and secondary research to deliver thought leadership studies that position CDK as an industry leader in automotive retail.
