About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Research Analyst to gather and interpret data that will help our company understand market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape. The insights provided will support strategic decisions related to product development, marketing campaigns, and overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and analyze data on consumers, competitors, and market conditions using surveys, interviews, focus groups, and secondary research.
Design research instruments such as questionnaires and polls to gather accurate data aligned with business objectives.
Interpret complex data sets using statistical tools and software to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Prepare comprehensive reports, visual presentations, and summaries to communicate findings to management and stakeholders.
Monitor and forecast sales and marketing trends to guide marketing and sales strategies.
Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing programs and suggest improvements based on research findings.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to support data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and Microsoft Office.
Experience with statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, R, or similar is a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and presentations.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
