About the Role:



We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated

Market Research Analyst

with hands-on experience in

CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing), CAWI (Computer-Assisted Web Interviewing), and Qualitative Interviews

. The candidate will be responsible for executing research projects, collecting and analyzing data, and providing insights that support client strategies across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:



Research Execution:

Conduct research using CATI and CAWI methodologies, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data collection.

Qualitative Research:

Perform in-depth interviews (IDIs), focus groups, and qualitative discussions to capture detailed consumer and market insights.

Survey Management:

Assist in questionnaire design, programming, testing, and monitoring of survey execution.

Data Analysis:

Clean, code, and analyze primary and secondary data to generate actionable insights.

Quality Control:

Ensure data accuracy, adherence to project timelines, and compliance with GDPR/HIPAA or client-specific standards.

Reporting:

Prepare clear and concise research reports, presentations, and dashboards summarizing findings.

Client Support:

Collaborate with project managers and senior analysts to understand client objectives and deliver high-quality research outputs.

Industry Knowledge:

Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and best practices in research methodologies.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Market Research, Statistics, Business, Social Sciences, or a related field.

2-4 years of proven experience

in CATI, CAWI, and qualitative interviewing techniques. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, SPSS, or other statistical tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including interviewing and report writing. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects under tight deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills to engage with respondents and team members. Experience in research agencies or consulting firms is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹39,405.86 per month
