This role is a great fit for fresh graduates with degrees such as BCA, BBA, or a Bachelor's in Computer Science who are interested in exploring opportunities in the IT services industry. You will support business development and marketing strategy through foundational market research and analysis.Note: This is NOT a sales or appointment setting role.Responsibilities- Assist in conducting primary and secondary market research using publicly available sources, databases, and internal tools.
- Help analyze market data and trends to identify key market segments and opportunities within services such as Cybersecurity, ServiceNow, and Salesforce.
- Support the creation of marketing campaigns (e.g., emails, webinars) in collaboration with senior team members.
- Coordinate with Business Development Associates to transition insights from research into actionable outreach.
- Gather feedback and continuously improve the research approach.
- Contribute to competitive landscape analysis and support internal teams with relevant data.
- Present findings in a clear, concise manner to guide business decisions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions for new service or product ideas based on observed trends.Requirements- Bachelor's degree in BCA, BBA, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Strong interest in market research, marketing, or business strategy.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a remote setup.
