Job Description

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate stock records of raw materials and finished dry food/vegetable powder products, ensuring timely replenishment and minimum wastage.

Warehouse Coordination:

Supervise storage, handling, and dispatch operations to ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance with food-industry standards.

Amazon Account Handling:

Manage Amazon Seller Central, including product listing, pricing, catalog updates, order processing, returns handling, and customer feedback.

IndiaMART Account Management:

Handle enquiries, respond to leads, share quotations, and convert online enquiries into sales opportunities.

Sales Growth & Reporting:

Monitor online sales performance (Amazon/IndiaMART), prepare weekly/monthly reports, and implement strategies to increase revenue.

Finding New Customers:

Identify and reach out to distributors, wholesalers, B2B buyers, and food processing units for new business development.

Documentation & Compliance:

Maintain purchase orders, GRNs, invoices, batch records, and ensure FSSAI/quality compliance documentation is updated.

Coordination with Production Team:

Work closely with production staff to align inventory planning with manufacturing schedules and customer demand.

Logistics & Dispatch Management:

Coordinate with courier partners and transporters to ensure timely order delivery and resolve shipping issues.

Process Improvement:

Suggest and implement workflow improvements to increase efficiency in inventory control, order processing, and overall operations.
