Visit distributors, wholesalers, and key market points regularly to understand sales trends.
Gather competitive intelligence, including pricing, promotions, and product availability.
Monitor market demand, stock levels, and distributor performance.
Identify opportunities for business growth and potential new products in the market.
Provide daily/weekly reports and actionable insights to management.
Support sales team with real-time market feedback and strategies.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong field presence and interpersonal skills.
Excellent observation, reporting, and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and travel frequently.
Knowledge of the healthcare/medical distribution market is a plus.
Good negotiation and communication skills (English + Malayalam).
