We are looking for a
Marketplace Executive
with hands-on experience in managing Flipkart marketplace operations. The ideal candidate should be data-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of optimizing ads, catalog health, and overall account performance.
Key Responsibilities
Own and manage
Flipkart Ads (PLA & Search Ads)
including keyword mining, bid optimization, budget pacing, and ROAS tracking
Maintain
catalog health
by ensuring proper attribute mapping, category alignment, listing quality score, and image & content compliance
Drive
pricing strategy, Buy Box ownership, and visibility optimization
using competition and demand insights
Analyze and report on performance metrics such as
GMV, ROAS, CTR, CVR, impressions, returns, and cancellations
Monitor
account health and scorecard metrics
, handle penalties, suppressions, and reinstatement cases
Plan and execute
deals, promotions, and event calendars
including Big Billion Days and category-specific sales
Perform
competitor analysis and keyword gap analysis
to improve organic rankings and paid campaign performance
Requirements
Minimum
1 year of experience
in Flipkart marketplace management
Strong understanding of
Flipkart ads, catalog optimization, and performance metrics
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
Native Hindi speaker preferred
Willingness to
relocate to Calicut, Kerala
