Job Summary:
We are looking for a results-driven Marketplace Specialist with a strong background in performance marketing to optimize our marketplace presence and drive revenue growth. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on execution to improve product visibility, customer acquisition, and overall marketplace performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for marketplace growth and customer acquisition.
Optimize product listings with compelling descriptions, images, and promotions.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
Plan and implement performance marketing campaigns across search, social media, email, and affiliate channels.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
Proven experience managing marketplace platforms and performance marketing campaigns.

Proficient in analytics and performance tools (e.g., Google Analytics, ad platforms).
