We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
Project Manager
with experience in the
Direct-to-Consumer (D2C)
space. The ideal candidate will coordinate projects end-to-end, work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams, and ensure smooth execution of brand initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, track, and execute D2C projects from concept to delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, operations, supply chain, customer service).
Ensure timely completion of tasks and workflow management.
Monitor project performance, timelines, and deliverables.
Manage daily communication with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
Document project requirements, progress reports, and process improvements.
Assist in campaign planning, product launches, and promotional activities.
Identify risks, delays, and propose solutions proactively.
Maintain project dashboards and internal trackers.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
Minimum
1 year of experience
in project management within a
D2C or e-commerce brand
.
Strong understanding of D2C operations, marketing workflows, and brand processes.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Knowledge of tools like Google Sheets, Docs, Trello, Asana, Notion (or similar).
Ability to multitask and deliver under tight timelines.
Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of D2C performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, retention, LTV).
Experience working with creative, tech, or operations teams.
Problem-solving mindset with a hands-on approach.
