Key Responsibilities:
Activate
offline lead generation sources
, including hyperlocal channels, community networks, and local area partnerships.
Execute
on-ground marketing activities
such as events, flyers, kiosks, and brand stalls to generate leads.
Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, institutions, and influencers for partnership opportunities.
Regularly visit target areas to identify high-potential zones for outreach and branding.
Support offline branding efforts and contribute creative ideas to increase local visibility.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Number of leads generated through offline channels
Percentage of leads attending appointments
Conversion rate from offline leads
Requirements:
1-2 years of experience
in offline sales, field marketing, or business development.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Kannada knowledge is preferred.
Good understanding of
local markets
and comfort with on-ground execution.
Self-motivated, confident, and results-oriented with a
go-getter attitude.
Comfortable working independently and meeting performance targets.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools for tracking and reporting.
Willingness to travel locally for field activities.
