Key Responsibilities:



Market Penetration:

Drive demand generation through field activities, demonstrations, and awareness campaigns.

Sales Enablement:

Support channel partners (dealers/distributors) in achieving sales targets and product placement.

Farmer Connect:

Build trust and long-term relationships with farmers through technical support and agronomic guidance.

Territory Development:

Identify new markets, increase brand reach, and ensure effective product visibility.

Competitor Analysis:

Monitor and report market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Cross-functional Coordination:

Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and marketing teams for seamless execution.

Qualification:



Graduate from agriculture or Diploma in Agri with 2-5 years experience in Agrochemicals & fertilizers sales & marketing operations.
