We are seeking an experienced Market Data Admin Consultant to manage, administer, and support market data systems, exchange feeds, and vendor subscriptions. The consultant will be responsible for ensuring accurate data delivery, appropriate user access, and compliance with vendor policies across global market data environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer and maintain market data systems and entitlement tools (e.g., Bloomberg, NYSE, S&P, HKEX).
Manage user access, entitlements, and permissions across market data platforms.
Monitor and troubleshoot data feed performance, connectivity, and access-related issues.
Coordinate with internal IT, procurement, and vendor teams to resolve data or subscription issues.
Ensure compliance with data licensing, exchange rules, and vendor usage policies.
Maintain detailed documentation, usage reports, and cost tracking for all data services.
Requirements:
4-8 years of experience in market data administration, application support, or vendor management.
Strong understanding of financial market data, exchange feeds, and data delivery mechanisms.
Hands-on experience with platforms such as Bloomberg, NYSE, S&P, HKEX.
Knowledge of entitlement and permissioning systems (e.g., DACS, MDM, or proprietary tools).
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global support environment.
