Market Analyst

The Company is looking to hire a Market Analyst (designated as Deputy Manager) who will be part of the Family Office. This is an all-encompassing role where the candidate will be working on all aspects related to the Promoter group, but particularly in areas of Portfolio Investments, accounting, MIS Reporting, Regulatory Compliances, etc.

Investments:

- Engage with bankers, consultants, fund managers, advisors etc on an ongoing basis to monitor market opportunities across markets and geographies.

- Make recommendations based on extensive research and due diligence including cash flow planning, documentation, securities / fund selection, and pricing negotiation.

- Analysis and summarization of financial reports, preparing MIS & updating the Investment Memorandum from time to time

- Arranging requisite documents related to tax returns and provide tax planning advice

- Continuously develop a deep understanding of micro and macro-level sectoral trends

Regulatory Compliance:

- Ensure 100% Compliance with all Regulatory compliances in India.

- Regularly plan for contingencies and spot potential issues. Raise these to the General Manager. Provide suggestions with care and due diligence with the objective of indemnifying the promoter from any harm in the future.

Others:

- Maintain professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, and exercise discretion when interfacing with the business

- In addition this role may diversify into other responsibilities which may get added/subtracted over time

Position Requirements

This is a full-time role where the candidate is expected to have:

- Min 3-5 years of experience in Banking, Consulting or Family Office roles.

- Excellent communication (oral and written) and analytical skills

- Experience in Financial markets

- Experience in Banking processes and KYC

- Finance and accounting skills

- Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams) & Tally

- Ability to think strategically, see the big picture, recognize the impact of decisions, and pay attention to detail
