, you'll be the face of Propsoch on the ground, walking side-by-side with our customers as they search, visit, negotiate, and finalize their dream homes.

, you'll be the face of Propsoch on the ground--guiding homebuyers through their property visits, offering unbiased insights, and helping them decode what truly matters. Your presence at the site is key to delivering a calm, confident, and informed buying experience.

Your core duties in this job are...

Key Responsibilities

Lead Property Walkthroughs:

Coordinate and conduct site visits for homebuyers across Bangalore. Offer real-time inputs on layout, ventilation, construction quality, and pricing.

Build Buyer Confidence:

Decode brochures, floor plans, and project specs to simplify complex details for buyers.

Gather Ground Intelligence:

Observe unit availability, builder behavior, and evolving site conditions. Share updates with the central team.

Coordinate with Builders:

Liaise with project sales teams to ensure timely access, clarity on offerings, and accurate inventory data.

Feedback Collection:

Capture buyer reactions post-visit and relay them to advisors to help refine next steps.

What It takes to be successful in this job...

Fresher to 0-3 years of client-facing experience (real estate, sales, consulting preferred) Strong communication, empathy, and persuasion skills A go-getter mindset: you'll be on the move, visiting projects and meeting customers daily Deep interest in Bangalore's real estate scene and a hunger to keep learning Freshers passionate about real estate and people are welcome too!

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹35,500.00 per month
