Job Description
Opportunity Ensure efficient planning of marine movements to optimize berth utilization, safe handling of vessels, and effective use of tidal windows Carry out pilotage services to ships, ensuring that adequate marine maintenance carried out, in compliance with Ship\'s Husbandry and Health and Safety checks on board. Build working relationships with Tug crews, port authorities and agents, ensure that appropriate direction, control and discipline is applied to all vessels that call within the port boundaries, to ensure their safety. Ensures that effective communications are in place and operating between the Port and vessels.
