is looking for a dynamic individual to join our growing team as a

Marine Personnel Executive focused on sourcing

. This role is perfect for those with excellent communication skills and a passion for recruitment.

Responsibilities:

Sourcing potential candidates through various channels (job boards, social media, etc.) Screening resumes and conducting initial phone interviews Maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified candidates Coordinating effectively with both branch and head offices Managing and processing necessary documentation

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Basic computer proficiency Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 1-2 years of experience as a Chat process associate or in recruitment (preferred) Freshers with a keen interest in marine recruitment can also apply
