? Responsible for Installation and Commissioning for Medium Engines business in


Navy, Coast Guard and Commercial Marine Markets


? Ability to drive the expansion of Marine Project Business in Domestic Market


? Possesses a Growth Mind-set, Growth Avenues (Generation of spare parts business


during project assignments)


? Responsible for monthly reviews of the function - due date performance (Nil LD)


? Collaboration - Ability to build consensus and relationships among executives,


partners, and the workforce.


? Work with the team under to establish short-term objectives and long-range goals,


and related plans and policies.


? Conflict Management - Work at minimizing the potential negative impacts that can


arise from disagreements and increase the odds of a positive outcome


? Ability to understand new issues quickly and make wise decisions with an ability to


inspire confidence and create trust.


? Ensures the company's compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, and


standards specially for Marine market


? Understanding of human resources and personnel management.


? Basic understanding of country laws


? Experience with corporate governance and proven negotiation skills.
