Job Description

• Supervise and lead grouting teams in marine and offshore environments.

• Review and interpret grouting method statements, drawings, and specifications.

• Ensure proper preparation and setup of grouting equipment (mixers, pumps, agitators, hoses, etc.).

• Monitor grouting operations for flow rate, pressure, and volume as per the approved procedure.

• Conduct inspection and testing of grout materials (flow-ability, density, bleed, setting time, etc.).

• Coordinate with engineers, divers, and other site supervisors for sequence and access.

• Maintain detailed records of grouting operations including pressure logs, material usage, and daily reports.

• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental regulations, especially for marine works.

• Troubleshoot and resolve site issues related to equipment, material consistency, or injection performance.

• Train and guide crew members on safe and effective grouting practices.

Requirements

• Diploma or ITI in Civil / Mechanical Engineering (preferred).

• Minimum 5-10 years of experience in grouting work, with at least 3 years in marine or offshore projects.

• Proven experience with cementitious, epoxy, or chemical grouting systems in submerged or tidal environments.

• Proficiency in operating grouting pumps, mixers, and related marine equipment.

• Knowledge of marine construction materials and procedures (anchors, pile sleeves, void filling, etc.).

• Understanding of grout mix design, testing procedures, and quality control parameters.

• Ability to read technical drawings and follow method statements.
