Job Description

We are seeking a

highly experienced or retired Marine Engineer

to support our marine engineering operations, offering technical expertise, mentorship, and hands-on support in vessel design, maintenance, and system optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert advice and oversight on marine engineering projects, including ship repair, refit, and new builds. Review and assess design plans, system performance, and regulatory compliance. Mentor junior engineers and provide training on marine systems and operational best practices. Conduct technical audits, inspections, and root cause analysis of mechanical failures. Liaise with shipyards, classification societies, and regulatory bodies. Contribute to strategic planning for fleet maintenance and engineering upgrades. Support emergency troubleshooting and provide remote or on-site technical guidance. Prepare and review technical documentation and compliance reports.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or a related field (or equivalent military/naval training). Grade - 1 & grade - 2 experienced candidate required.
