We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Data Entry Intern to support our team in the Marine sector. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in data management, analysis, and reporting within a dynamic environment.

The

Intern

is responsible for:

Data Entry:

Input, update, and maintain data in various databases and spreadsheets related to hotel supplies and vendor database.

Data Verification:

Ensure accuracy and consistency of data by conducting regular checks and validating information.

Report Generation:

Assist in generating reports and presentations using data to support decision-making processes for various esteemed clients.

Research Support:

Conduct research to gather relevant data on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive analysis.

Documentation:

Maintain organized records and documentation for easy retrieval and reference.

Collaboration:

Work closely with team members in different departments to gather necessary information and ensure data integrity.

Qualifications:

Education:

Currently pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with data management software is a plus.

Communication:

Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
