Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven
Marcom Officer
to lead our brand communication efforts. The selected candidate will be the key liaison between Unifresh Foods and our external digital marketing agency. This role requires an individual with excellent coordination skills, a strong understanding of branding, digital marketing trends, and content direction to maximize the output of our marketing partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the internal point-of-contact for all brand communication and marketing activities.
Collaborate and coordinate with the external digital marketing agency to ensure campaigns are timely, effective, and aligned with company goals.
Provide creative direction, content briefs, and performance feedback to the agency.
Supervise execution of marketing campaigns across digital platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Google Ads, etc.).
Assist in creating brand-specific campaigns for restaurant launches, seasonal promotions, and events.
Track campaign metrics and generate performance reports with actionable insights.
Ensure consistency in brand messaging, design, and tone across all channels.
Develop basic in-house marketing content when required (post ideas, video concepts, copy suggestions).
Coordinate with operations and restaurant teams to gather real-time content and promotion requirements.
Monitor competitors and industry trends to suggest innovative ideas.
Candidate Profile:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
Minimum 5+ years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
Hands-on experience in working with digital marketing agencies.
Strong understanding of social media, content marketing, and brand strategy.
Excellent communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
Creative mindset with an eye for detail and brand aesthetics.
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
