About the Role

We're looking for a tech-savvy, design-oriented Assistant Manager - Marketing Communication to help us craft the future of how Kody communicates. From pitch decks and PR to investor presentations and product storytelling, you'll lead the creation of marketing and business collaterals that make people stop and think.

What You'll Own

Create marketing collaterals (decks, brochures, case studies, etc.) across print, digital & video Collaborate with leadership on business, product & investor presentations Develop content and briefs for PR stories, corporate communications, and media kits Coordinate with in-house designers and external agencies to deliver brand-aligned outputs Translate complex tech (AI, Robotics, IoT) into simple, compelling messaging Maintain a high standard of storytelling, design sensibility, and visual aesthetics Bring a strategic eye to every piece of communication, business-first, brand-smart Contribute to the planning of brand campaigns, product launches, and key announcements

What Makes You a Great Fit

Bachelor's or Master's in Marketing, Communication, Design, or related field 4-5 years of experience in marketing communication, preferably in tech/B2B/startups Strong storytelling, copywriting, and structuring ability across formats (slides, docs, visual briefs) Solid creative judgment and ability to guide designers, editors, and agencies Passionate about technology, innovation, and future-thinking brands Proactive, deadline-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple stakeholders Bonus: Experience building brand communication in AI, robotics, or enterprise tech industries

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
