The Digital Marketing Manager focuses on branding, lead generation, lead conversion, marketing, and maintaining the website's content. This role also includes SEO and ensuring the website functions correctly.
Responsibilities:
Branding:
Develop and maintain the company's brand image.
Create and update brand guidelines.
Ensure all materials reflect the company's branding.
Lead Generation:
Develop and implement strategies for attracting new leads.
Manage and optimize online and offline advertising campaigns.
Track and analyze lead generation metrics.
Lead Conversion:
Implement and monitor lead nurturing campaigns.
Optimize the sales funnel for higher conversion rates.
Work with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover.
Marketing:
Develop and execute marketing campaigns.
Manage social media accounts and content.
Analyze marketing campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
Website Content Management:
Determine which products and banners should be uploaded.
Remove underperforming products from the website.
Ensure website content is up-to-date and relevant.
SEO:
Conduct regular SEO audits and implement recommendations.
Optimize website content for search engines.
Monitor and report on SEO performance.
Functionality:
Ensure all website functions (forms, payment gateways, etc.) are working properly.
Identify and implement necessary website upgrades.
Monitor website performance and resolve any technical issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Experience in marketing or related field
Strong creative, analytical and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office
