Job Title: Marble Crystallization Technician

Responsibilities:

Perform marble floor crystallization, polishing, and restoration at client sites. Use diamond pads, single-disc machines, polishing pads, crystallizers, and chemicals (e.g., Nobile/Terranova). Remove scratches, dullness, stains, and improve shine and finish of marble floors. Conduct floor grinding, honing, polishing, and finishing as required. Maintain machines, polishing tools, and cleaning chemicals in good condition. Follow safety standards and use PPE while working on machines and chemicals. Ensure housekeeping and cleaning of working area after job completion. Report daily work, material usage, and job completion status to the supervisor. Support the team in other floor care and housekeeping activities as needed.
Skills Required:

Experience in marble polishing and crystallization work. Knowledge of machines like single disc scrubber, diamond pads, and polishing tools. Understanding of chemical usage for marble finishing. Good physical fitness and attention to detail. Ability to follow safety protocols and work independently or in a team.
