Telecalling Executive

0 - 1 years of experience with a linguistic flair in Marathi

Role summary:

This role involves verifying whether the farmer has received the required solar system materials and further ensuring that farmers keep their solar system operational for the required 7-day Remote Monitoring System (RMS) period without any shutdowns. In addition, maintain regular follow-ups, document farmer responses, and escalate any issues to the Team Leader. No sales target, more into customer service.

Responsibilities:

Material Delivery Verification

Contact farmers to verify whether they have received all necessary solar system materials.

Record any cases where materials are missing or incomplete.

Escalate missing material issues to the Team Leader

RMS Verification & System Monitoring

Call assigned farmers daily to confirm that the solar system is running continuously.

Ensure that the system is not shut down at any time during the 7-day RMS period.

Advise farmers to keep the system operational and troubleshoot basic issues, if required.

Follow-ups & Issue Escalation

If the solar system is found non-operational, instruct the farmer to restart it immediately.

If there are technical failures, report them to the Team Leader for further action.

Keep a structured log of pending material deliveries and ensure follow-ups until resolved.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily call logs detailing farmer responses on RMS operation & material receipt.

Prepare a summary report on systems running, non-operational cases, and material issues.

Accurately update RMS tracking sheets or portal with verification status.

Pay: ₹16,784.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
