Job Description

Job Purpose:

To plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Marathi language lessons that enhance students' reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension skills while promoting cultural appreciation.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Marathi language to students as per the school curriculum and academic standards. Prepare lesson plans, teaching aids, and assessments to ensure effective learning. Foster an environment that encourages active participation, creativity, and critical thinking. Assess and monitor students' progress through classwork, homework, and examinations. Provide individual support to students to improve their language proficiency. Maintain classroom discipline and ensure a positive learning atmosphere. Collaborate with other teachers and staff for curriculum planning and co-curricular activities. Organize cultural events, competitions, and activities related to Marathi language and literature. Maintain accurate records of students' performance and provide timely feedback to parents.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marathi / Languages / Literature or equivalent. B.Ed Prior teaching experience in Marathi language (school-level experience preferred). Strong command over written and spoken Marathi. Excellent communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills. Passion for teaching and ability to motivate students.

Pay: ₹10,590.85 - ₹25,000.00 per month
