. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, improving students' language skills, and assessing their progress in Hindi and Marathi.
Key Responsibilities
Teach Hindi and Marathi language skills including reading, writing, speaking, and comprehension
Prepare lesson plans aligned with curriculum or program objectives
Conduct interactive classes to enhance language proficiency
Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and activities
Provide constructive feedback to students and parents (if applicable)
Maintain attendance and basic academic records
Support students with varying learning abilities
Participate in meetings, evaluations, or training sessions if required
Eligibility & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Hindi, Marathi, Education, or a related field
Teaching certification (B.Ed./D.Ed. preferred but not mandatory)
Proficiency in both Hindi and Marathi (spoken and written)
Prior teaching experience preferred (school, institute, or online)
Good communication and classroom management skills
