To Lead the QC/QA Activities Perfect Engineers- Coimbatore

Accountable for achievement of Quality requirements and procedures of process

The Position will be in Middle management Team

Develop Strategic short- and long-term Quality Business plan indicating the Process capability improvements and cost reduction.

Adherence to QMS with document conformance on customer specific requirements

Develop test methods to ensure Quality process on Products produced thus confirming zero failures

Drive process capability improvements with manufacturing and Engineering and reduce control checks in manufacturing

Install POKE-YOKE methods in manufacturing to overcome human errors

Derive SOP; s, work instruction and impart the same in the skill development training

Drive the Skill development Training across all levels of Manufacturing

Develop Supplier assessment methods and evolve vendor certified quality culture within target period.

Receiving Quality standards to be devised with measurement standards for all products

Design effective control plans process wise and monitor conformance

Conduct re-engineering across product and process to enhance optimization of cost and time

Derive the Process flow map with cost of each element and the control and assurance tests.

Understand the lead-time of the process including special process requirements

Understand sub-contracting requirements, if any and derive the process

Prepare product FMEA, process FMEA and determine the tests required including frequency.

Prepare control plans for regular production including PPAP.

Effectively drive the ISI and ISO certification systems across all processes

Visit Suppliers and education on the application of their products

and validate their process with output approvals

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
