Your Key Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Daily troubleshooting, improvement projects, sustenance of process

• Training to the operators and setters

• Defining the concept for new investment, pre & final acceptance of new machines

• To perform trials of new development parts

• To support in reducing rejection, drive cost saving projects

• Alignment with Central Technology for knowledge sharing.

In addition to the duties listed above, the position holder must carry out tasks assigned by his/her superior that are essentially related to his/her duties
Your Qualifications
B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical/ Production Engineering/ or equivalent
5-8 years experience in Turning I Grinding I Honing
Basic SAP knowledge
Technical knowledge of Turning, Grinding and Honing process.
Able to drive the technological improvements, troubleshooting, cost saving projects, initiate training to people for achieving excellence in respective area.
Acquainted with the different suppliers for machines and consumables like cutting tools, abrasives, etc.
