. The candidate will be responsible for operating machines, assembling filter components, ensuring quality standards, and supporting smooth production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and maintain manufacturing equipment used in filter production.
Assemble, inspect, and test filters as per production and quality standards.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Identify and report any defects, deviations, or machine issues.
Coordinate with supervisors and quality teams to ensure consistent output.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
Support continuous improvement activities in the manufacturing process.
Qualifications & Skills:
ITI / Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant technical field.
3-4 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably in
filters or related products
.
Good understanding of production processes and quality control.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of tools, machinery, and safety practices.
Preferred Attributes:
Prior experience in filter manufacturing (air filters, industrial filters, HVAC filters, etc.).
Willingness to work in shifts if required.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
