The Manufacturing Technician is responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production equipment to ensure efficient manufacturing processes, high product quality, and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and monitor manufacturing machinery, tools, and equipment.
Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting of equipment.
Assemble, test, and package products as per standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Maintain accurate production records, reports, and logs.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
Collaborate with quality, engineering, and maintenance teams to resolve issues.
Assist in training new technicians and operators when required.
Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and workplace hygiene standards.
Qualifications & Experience
SSC, INTER , Diploma in Mechanical, Electronics, Manufacturing, or related field.
1-2 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing/production environment (freshers with strong technical skills may be considered).
Basic understanding of quality standards, ISO, or GMP requirements.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Ability to read and interpret technical documents/drawings.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and quality focus.
Ability to work in shifts and meet production deadlines.
Working Conditions
Plant/Factory environment with exposure to machinery noise and processes.
Shift work may be required.
Safety gear (PPE) must be worn at all times.
