Job Description

POSITION SUMMARY:

Major role of this position is to train new associates on manufacturing process/product. Identify and make recommendations

for new procedures and improving equipment. Act as facilitator and highly skilled team leader for the department. Provide

leadership and support in ensuring quality, lowering cost and improving productivity in production. This position will report to Lead Technical Trainer.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate New Hire Onboarding to ensure comprehensive training on SOPs and Good Document Practices (GDP).

Follow relevant procedures to track all Training Records and reference documents.

Ensure that all Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) binders contain the correct revisions for each Production Area.

Clearly communicate any procedural changes to the affected Production Area.

Collaborate with Area Supervisors and/or Production Leads to complete and provide On-the-Job Training (OJT) and Cross Training requirements.

Assist in training on Planned Deviation Requests (PDRs) or Nonconforming Requests (NCRs) impacting Manufacturing Operations.

Develop, continuously assess, and revise interactive training curricula for New Hire Onboarding, OJT, and other departmental training needs. Work collaboratively withsupervisors, engineers, analysts, and other support personnel to develop training

curricula, update procedural changes, and provide adequate training.

oIdentify and communicate gaps, needs, and plans of action for improving training curricula.

oPerform weekly audits in manufacturing to ensure compliance, quality, and safety.

oMonitor and follow up on expired trainings, as well as pending and aged OJTs.

oResponsible for the day-to-day training needs of manufacturing operators.

oAssist with other projects as needed to support Manufacturing Operations.

Minimum Requirements:

Education or Experience

oBachelor's degree (preferred Lifesciences/Biotechnology)

o2+ Years of related experience in manufacturing of IVD or in Clean room assembly.

Knowledge and skills:

oExcellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.

oProficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

oAbility to effectively summarize, explain, and present training materials in both technical and non-technical terms.

oSelf-motivated, highly focused, detail-oriented, and a team player with a strong desire to learn.

oWorks well with others and respects diverse learning styles, adapting training methods to suit different needs.

Physical requirements/abilities:

oMust be capable of lifting up to 25 lbs and standing for extended periods. The job may involve repetitive arm and wrist movements and requires flexibility to work in shifts.

oThe duties and responsibilities for this position are not limited to those listed above and may be adjusted as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?24,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
