Key Responsibilities:




Responsible for the daily activities of a production team including managing team members, housekeeping, and meeting production targets. Works cross functionally to recommend and engage in improving safety, productivity, quality, and efficiency of operations. Serves as group lead on projects and work assignments. Provides guidance and feedback for team members in accomplishing tasks and goals; sets expectations and clarifies responsibilities. Coaches and mentors team members.

Continuous Process Improvement - Recognizes areas in which a process can be improved by properly implementing process improvement and waste reduction methodologies to reduce process cost and improve quality in current manufacturing processes.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:




BE/BTech- Mechanical/Electrical/Production


Experience:




5 to 6 years of work experience in supervisory level in production function.

QUALIFICATIONS




Candidate is also willing to work on below aspects.




Ready to supervise and support second-shift employees, with special attention to women workforce needs

Address specific challenges faced by women employees (transport, facilities, security).
