Position Summary:
This position will provide advisory services to manufacturing clients

Cognizant has CC Units across the industry segments - Banking Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Retail/Consumer Goods & Manufacturing, Logistics, Energy & Utilities (MLEU), Communications, Information, Media & Entertainment
Position is open within the Manufacturing, Logistics, Energy & Utilities (MLEU) Consulting unit in Americas region
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Ideal candidate would be responsible for:
Lead and manage strategic advisory engagements, providing clients with actionable insights and tailored solutions to drive business growth and operational efficiency
Execute business transformation engagements covering process transformation, capability analysis, recommendations and roadmap
Conduct research and data analysis pertaining to current processes and provided recommendations based on data-driven insights
Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, aligning product vision with business goals.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to define business requirements, create detailed user stories and prioritize product backlog
Work closely with cross functional teams for successful project execution
Interact & work with senior customer leaders to build the Practice & win Consulting engagements
Generate proactive proposals to address client issues & present to the clients, guide teams on proposal & presentation creation and positioning.
Competencies:
(Necessary skills for this role)
Extensive experience in manufacturing segment, preferably in a Consulting capacity
Established track record of delivering consulting engagements
Experience in agile methodology as a product manager
Experience in data analysis using tools like SQL
Business analysis and requirements gathering
MBA with an excellent academic background (preferred)
