Use competency interviewing to identify and differentiate candidate in presentation and short-list process;
Process management and sourcing;
Candidate relationship management;
Conduct role briefing with clients and set expectations for recruitment process;
Effectively communicate position opportunity and client value proposition;
Conduct interactions with clients in a timely, professional and responsive manner;
Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies;
Identify & communicate continuous improvement opportunities and strategies.
Requirements:
2+ years of full cycle recruitment experience;
Bachelor's degree, preferably diploma / degree in Enginnerin
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spirit;
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, continually evolving environment using proven time management skills and working with a strong sense of urgency;
Expertise in attracting, selling, and negotiating the opportunity to work for one of the world's most innovative car companies.
