As a Manufacturing Engineer at Siemens Gamesa Wind Power in Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, India, your day will be an exciting blend of designing, coordinating, and optimizing manufacturing processes. You will start your day collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the flawless execution of production plans. Your focus will be on boosting efficiency, reducing waste, and maintaining world-class product quality. How You'll Make an Impact

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and productivity.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure product quality and compliance with regulations.
• Develop and implement equipment and tooling to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Conduct cost analyses and make recommendations for cost-saving measures.
• Develop and maintain documentation and standard operating procedures for manufacturing processes.
• Train and educate manufacturing personnel on new processes and equipment.

What You Bring

• A bachelor's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 12 to 15 years of proven experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry.
• Outstanding technical skills and a strong understanding of manufacturing guidelines.
• The ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex manufacturing issues.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• A strong dedication to mentor and train team members, nurturing a collaborative and innovative environment.
