BBETTER Monksays Superfoods is dedicated to producing high-quality nutritional and wellness products. As we launch our new manufacturing factory, we are looking for a committed Manufacturing Executive to ensure smooth production operations and uphold our quality standards. To execute and manage

manufacturing and product-related activities,

including

dispensing, production, in-process controls, documentation, equipment qualification (IQ/OQ/PQ), facility commissioning and maintenance coordination

, and

finished product packing and release

for

OSD, Softgel, Hard Gelatin Capsules, and Powder Filling operations

, ensuring compliance with

GMP and regulatory requirements

.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Verify and maintain approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR) before and during operations. Supervise raw material dispensing, ensuring adherence to GMP and SOPs. Oversee line clearance, material labelling, and traceability throughout the manufacturing process. Coordinate with Stores and QA for material issuance, reconciliation, and accurate record-keeping. Monitor manufacturing operations for various product forms, including powders, capsules, tablets, and soft gels. Operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring process parameters meet established standards. Execute, review, and maintain real-time documentation for BMR/BPR, ensuring regulatory compliance. Investigate process deviations, coordinate with QC/QA for product testing and batch release. Maintain equipment logbooks, schedule maintenance and calibration, and support facility qualification (IQ, OQ, PQ). Participate in audits, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure compliance with inventory and storage procedures.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

B.Pharm/M.Pharm, Chemistry, Food Technology, or related field 2+ years of experience in a GMP-regulated manufacturing environment (preferably in nutraceuticals or pharmaceuticals) Strong understanding of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory requirements Excellent organizational and documentation skills Good communication and teamwork abilities

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
