Overview:

Expleo solutions is working aerospace and defence for many decades and serving global customers in field fo aerospace. We are working closely with engineering and shop-floor teams to enable smooth production and serial manufacturing.
Responsibilities:

We are looking for an Aerospace Manufacturing Engineer / Process Planner (Sheet Metal) with experience in manufacturing documentation, NC programming, and tooling support. The role supports aerospace projects aligned with Airbus standards
Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare manufacturing engineering documentation for aerospace parts Create Flat Patterns / Loft and NC programs Develop Manufacturing Instruction Sheets (MIS) Create Operation Sketches for components and assemblies (sheet metal) Support tooling concept, design (CATIA V5), manufacturing, and prove-out Shop-floor experience is added advantage. Support FAIR / FPQ and handover for serial production

Qualifications:

BE in Aeronautical/ Mechanical Engineering
Essential skills:

Below are essential skillsAerospace manufacturing / process planning experience Strong knowledge of CATIA V5 Flat pattern & sheet metal knowledge NC programming experience Tooling basics and acceptance knowledge Familiarity with Airbus standards Good communication skills
